下一个版本的 BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) 推送服务将提供更多高级支持。

一份来RIM内部的文档显示，黑莓用户将可以用自己的手机对 GMail 邮箱进行监控，并且还支持类似 OpenOffice 的开放文档格式，同时还对 WMA 音频提供支持，此外还可以自我识别和解决一些网络上的问题。

新版 BIS 3.0 将在西班牙 Mobile World Congress show 上展示。

What’s else will be new?

* OpenOffice file support: presentations, text documents and spreadsheets
* Support for WMA (Windows Media Audio)

We had originally broke the news on BIS 3.0 – 3.4 in November of 2009. Here were details of better GMail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! e-mail support. It will be interesting to see what each version of the BIS update will bring.
